About Clearwater Summit Group, Inc.

The Dishman Hills sit right at the valley's south shoulder — basalt, bunchgrass, ponderosa — and the neighborhoods run right up to meet them. Clearwater Summit Group, Inc. keeps Spokane Valley lawns and plantings on a steady rotation: mowing, trimming, shrub and hedge work, mulch, fertilization, spring and fall cleanups. Late afternoon is the good hour against those hills, when the pines throw long shade and the heat finally lets go. Turf grown on this thin, rocky ground pays back steady work quickly. A property should look cared for from the road, and that is the whole point of the trip.
