About LLJ's landscaping & hauling llc

Off the main stretch of Pacific Avenue, a lot of Spanaway is still gravel lanes and long rural driveways where a plow blade alone just pushes the snow into a wall at the end of the drive. LLJ's landscaping & hauling llc clears those driveways and then hauls the piled snow clear of gates and turnarounds, so a long rural lane doesn't end the season buried under its own berm. The crew works walkways too, scraping frost off the wooden steps common on the older properties scattered between the newer subdivisions. It's a particular kind of morning work — headlights cutting through the dark before sunrise, breath visible, the gravel underneath the snow finally showing through. Getting a driveway all the way open, snow hauled off rather than just shoved aside, means a family can actually get a truck in and out without getting stuck at their own gate.
