About Elevated Landscaping LLC

The ground under Elk Plain and south Spanaway is old glacial gravel with a thin skin of soil over it, which is why a lawn out here can look tired by August while its neighbor two streets north stays green. Elevated Landscaping LLC builds turf for that ground rather than fighting it, feeding on a schedule, pulling thatch and moss out of the crown, and opening the surface with aeration so water and air get down where the roots live. Mowing stays on rotation through the growing season, blades kept sharp so the cut ends heal instead of browning. Winter here is more rain than anything else, and the moss knows it, so the spring visit starts with taking that carpet back out. By midsummer the difference shows in color alone, a deep even green holding right up to the edge of the drive.
