Snohomish Tree Company

About Snohomish Tree Company

The old shade trees along the historic district's residential blocks stand bare and rimed with frost some mornings, holding onto the cold longer than the pavement underneath them. Snohomish Tree Company tends those same street trees the rest of the year, and when an actual snow or ice storm moves through, the crew clears what's come down across a driveway or a lane before anyone else can get past it. Plowing the driveway itself is usually the last step, once a limb's been cut up and hauled to the curb. It's a small, sharp season of work bookended by the valley's much longer wet one. By the time frost burns off the branches, the crew is usually back to routine pruning instead.
