About Fobes Property Services

Porch lights come on early through a Snohomish evening when snow is actually falling, the valley going quiet in a way it never quite does under its usual rain. Fobes Property Services works those evenings and the mornings after, clearing driveways and walkways across the properties it looks after the rest of the year. Salt goes down at the front steps and along the paths people actually use, not just the obvious ones. It's a small piece of a much longer list of upkeep this crew handles year-round, but on the nights it snows, it's the piece that matters most before sunrise. By the next evening, the porch lights are back to lighting up nothing but rain.
