About Davila Tree Services

Shoreline was built under big trees and had the sense to keep them — cedars and Douglas firs standing over 1950s rooflines, madronas leaning off the bluff toward Puget Sound. Davila Tree Services works among them, trimming crowns back from eaves and gutters and pruning the young maples along the Interurban so they grow up straight instead of into a wire. Removals happen in tight quarters on these lots, lowered in sections between a fence and a garage, with the lawn intact when the truck pulls away. When a winter storm comes across the water and drops a limb over a Richmond Beach driveway, storm damage cleanup has it opened and swept before the morning commute. The whole job is judged by what the yard looks like at dusk.
