About Luisiana Tree Services LLC

Arcadia sits where the inlet finally opens back out into open water, a small shoreline community that catches wind straight off the Sound with nothing much in the way. Luisiana Tree Services works the driveways out there in weather that in-town Shelton barely notices, clearing limbs knocked loose by wind-driven snow before plowing the gravel drive underneath. The trees out at Arcadia lean a little, shaped by years of that open wind, and a heavy snow on top of a gust is exactly the combination that brings a branch down across someone's driveway. Clearing it means working fast, since the wind off the water doesn't let a cut branch sit still for long. Once the driveway's plowed and the debris hauled off, the view back out over the water is usually worth the trip.
