About Gomez-Carillo Landscaping

August is Shelton's one honestly dry month — dust on the shoulder of the road toward Lake Isabella, lawns going pale at the crown. Gomez-Carillo Landscaping mows higher through it, letting the blades shade their own roots, trimming and edging so a thirsty yard still looks deliberate. Anyone can cut grass in June; the skill shows in the weeks when it barely grows and still has to look right. When the first September rain finally lands, the lawns treated gently in August are the ones that green up first. That was the plan the whole time.
