About Sammamish Tree Service

Beaver Lake Park holds some of the tallest conifers left standing on the plateau, and the ridge above it is where wind and heavy snow do the most damage to trees that have grown tall without much room to sway. This crew takes the calls that come out of that ridge — a leaning cedar, a fir with a cracked leader, limbs down across a shared driveway between two houses. Midday after a storm the ridge often clears first, sun cutting through torn cloud while the lower plateau is still gray, and that's usually when the real cutting starts. Wood comes down in sections, roped and lowered where a driveway or a fence is too close to risk a straight drop. By the time the light goes flat again in the afternoon, the driveway below the ridge is open, sawdust settling into what's left of the snow.
