November brings the last mow of the year out toward Fairwood, done in the short window between two rains with the wetlands along Panther Creek already brimming. Tan's Landscape GS treats that final cut as its own small ceremony: the lawn taken down neat, the beds edged one more time, the leaves pulled out of the corners so nothing sits and mats over winter. Then the rest of the wet months pass, and by February the grass in Renton is quietly awake again and the route starts back up. Between those two points the work is plain and dependable, mowing and trimming and clearing, week after week. A yard that was put away properly in the fall is a yard that comes back easily in the spring.
