About JC Landscape LLC

Down on the Renton valley floor, where the warehouses and the IKEA lot and the strip along Grady Way sit low enough to trap the cold, fog arrives ahead of any snow and turns every parking lot into its own small, hushed world before sunrise. JC Landscape runs those lots first — the loading docks, the retail rows, the office parks tucked between the Black River wetlands and the rail line — clearing drive lanes and entrances before the first customers or deliveries arrive. It's flatter work than up on the Highlands, but the cold pools deeper down here, and ice can linger in the shadowed corners of a building long after the rest of the lot has thawed. The crew knows those corners, the loading bay that never quite catches sun, the crosswalk by the bus stop that freezes first. Clearing them is unglamorous, necessary work, done in the dark so the valley can open on schedule.
