JB Instant Lawn

About JB Instant Lawn

A new lawn in Redmond usually begins as bare grey-brown valley dirt, and the moment sod goes down over it is one of the better transformations in the trade. JB Instant Lawn works that moment — ground prepared and graded, turf laid tight seam to seam, the first watering running before the truck pulls away. Out toward Novelty Hill and the newer builds, a yard can go from construction scar to green inside a single day. After that comes the ordinary keeping of it: mowing, edging, trimming, and the cleanups that carry a young lawn into its second year. Grass takes to this climate readily; the craft is in the seam nobody can find a week later.
