About Lee Services LLC

Prairie Ridge sits up on its own plateau above the White River valley, high enough that the lowland towns below look small on a clear winter morning, sky wide open in every direction over the open fields. Lee Services works the driveways and walkways scattered across that plateau and down toward the Lake Tapps shoreline, where homes back right up to water that's glacial-cold even before a cold snap adds ice on top of it. The ridge holds its temperature differently than the valley floor below — frost lingers in the open fields longer than it does in the sheltered lots near the lake — so the route each morning depends on where the sun's actually reached first. A driveway cleared down to bare asphalt and a walkway swept to the door are the same simple result whether the property looks out over water or over open prairie ground, and getting there before the school bus is most of the job.
