About Flohawks

Rain on a Tuesday is not an excuse in this part of Washington; it is just Tuesday. Flohawks keeps Poulsbo lawns on schedule along the Viking Avenue corridor and out into the neighborhoods behind it, working in the drizzle that keeps Kitsap grass growing when half the country is dormant. Mowing, edging and trimming happen at the right height for a wet climate, and the clippings get cleared so nothing sours on the turf. Feeding, weed control and thorough cleanups fill out the year, timed to the two seasons that actually matter here — the long green one and the short dry one. When the clouds finally break over Liberty Bay, the lawns are already ready for it.
