The wind finds Oak Bay Road first, then the yards behind it, and by mid-October the causeway out to Indian Island runs with spray. Savage Landscape & Design works lawns through that weather — mowing while the season allows, leaf removal, edging, trimming, and a full fall cleanup before the rain settles in for good.
