About Discovery Bay Landscaping & Tractor Services, Port Townsend

By August the Chimacum valley has gone gold at the edges and the fields off Highway 19 stand cut and baled. Discovery Bay Landscaping & Tractor Services, Port Townsend keeps lawns in and around Port Hadlock through the dry stretch — mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanups for when the grass slows down but the debris doesn't. Late summer here rewards patience: water is short, so cutting height and spacing between visits do more good than anything else. There's quiet satisfaction in a yard that holds its green and its level into September while the hillsides brown out around it. Work starts early, before the valley heat settles in for the afternoon.
