About All Ways Mowing
Ediz Hook curls out into the harbor like an arm held around the town, and the light coming off that water at seven in the morning is the light All Ways Mowing works in. This is lawn care for Port Angeles yards — mowing, edging, string trimming, and hauling the clippings off so the grass is the only thing left to look at. Peninsula grass grows nine months of the year and asks for a steady hand rather than a heroic one, and steady is what this is. There is a real satisfaction in the last pass, when the stripes line up with the street and the mower goes quiet. The Strait changes its mind every hour; a well-kept lawn stays where you left it.
