There is a week in March when the basin flips. The dormant tan of a Pasco lawn goes green nearly overnight, the canals begin to fill, and everything that has been waiting starts at once. Spring Green works from that week forward -- fertilization and weed control on schedule, mowing, edging and trimming through the season, aeration and cleanups as the year turns. Getting the early feeding right is what carries a lawn through July, when the sun here gives no ground at all. The yards that still look good in August are usually the ones somebody thought about in March.
