About Julian’s Landscaping & Maintenance LLC

Downtown Pasco wakes up slow on a foggy winter morning, the Franklin County Courthouse and the shopfronts around it emerging out of a tule fog that can sit over this stretch of the Columbia Basin for days at a stretch. That fog freezes wherever it touches, coating sidewalks and driveways in a thin, near-invisible glaze that's worse than snow because nobody sees it coming. Julian's Landscaping & Maintenance LLC clears walkways and driveways through the downtown blocks and the neighborhoods around them, working through the gray hours before the fog lifts, if it lifts at all that day. It's a patient kind of winter work, matched to a patient kind of weather — nothing dramatic, just cold and gray and quietly dangerous underfoot.
