Curated Gardens

About Curated Gardens

A garden is a composition, and Parkwood holds hundreds of small ones — a strip of lawn, a bed along the fence, one tree anchoring the corner of a block. Curated Gardens tends them with an eye for how the pieces sit together: grass mown to an even height, beds weeded and shaped, shrubs pruned so each has room to be itself. Late afternoon is when the result can be judged, low sun raking across the lawn and every line showing. Nothing dramatic ever happens in a well-kept garden; it simply looks right, week after week, and that is the entire ambition. Homes throughout Parkwood and the areas beside it sit on the round.
