About Hansen Lawn and Tree LLC

October in Orchards belongs to the big-leaf maples, which drop in slabs rather than flakes and can bury a lawn in one wet night. Hansen Lawn and Tree LLC spends those weeks bringing turf back to daylight — leaves off, grass cut, borders reopened along the drive and the walk. Mowing runs later in the year here than newcomers expect, because the rain keeps the ground working straight through the cold months. The before and after is the satisfying part: a yard under a blanket of leaf litter at eight in the morning, a clean green rectangle by mid-afternoon. Then the rain returns, the moss smell comes up, and it begins again.
