Spring Green

About Spring Green

October on the Capitol campus is big-leaf maple weather: gold coming down in sheets over the lawns beneath the dome, the air smelling of wet leaves and cold stone. Spring Green spends those weeks with mower and blower both, lifting leaves off the grass before the rains mat them into a blanket that smothers everything underneath. A lawn that goes into an Olympia winter clear comes out of it breathing. Then March turns the switch, the same yards go almost startlingly emerald, and the mowing picks back up as if it never stopped. Leaf and debris cleanup, mowing, edging and lawn care throughout Olympia and the towns nearby.
