About Quality Parking Lot Services Llc

The farmers market lot sits empty and dark most winter mornings long before the vendors arrive, and that's exactly when Quality Parking Lot Services runs its plow through it, clearing the asphalt down to bare pavement before the first cars pull in. The company's winter routes cover the flat, wide lots around Olympia, grocery stores, Capital Mall, church parking off the main roads, where standing water refreezes overnight into sheets big enough to matter. A hard freeze off Puget Sound doesn't happen often here, but when it does, a lot that isn't cleared by opening time turns into a hazard fast, especially where storm drains ice over and water has nowhere to go. Quality Parking Lot Services works those properties in the dark hours before daylight, so by the time Olympia wakes up, the lots look like the cold snap never happened.
