Bayside Exterior Cleaning

About Bayside Exterior Cleaning

Percival Landing wears a skin of frost some winter mornings, its railings and the masts down in Swantown Marina rimed white before the first walkers arrive downtown. Bayside Exterior Cleaning treats a building's exterior the same way through the cold months, working ice off entryways, loading docks, and delivery ramps before the salt trucks even reach the side streets. The company's winter routine follows the same order as its regular cleaning work: start at the surface people touch first, the door and the step, then clear outward from there. Olympia's freezes are usually short, a night or two of hard cold off the Sound before marine air pushes back in, but a slick entry on the one icy morning of the year is still a slick entry, and Bayside gets there before the doors open.
