About Landscapes By Pompeo Inc

February in Normandy Park comes sideways: a southwester pushes up East Passage, Vashon goes gray behind the rain, and the yards along the bluff take the weather full in the face. Landscapes By Pompeo Inc works the calm hours between storms — hauling off blown-down limbs and drifted leaf, cutting the grass on the rare dry morning, resetting the bed lines the wind has smudged. Moss loves this month and the lawn does not, so treatment and overseeding get lined up for the first real break in the sky. There is a plain satisfaction in a February yard that still looks tended when nothing else on the block does. By the time the first cut of spring comes around, the ground is already ready for it.
