About Clifford's Landscaping & Construction, LLC.

Newcastle was built over coal, and the old benches and cuts still shape the ground where Coal Creek runs down toward Lake Washington. Clifford's Landscaping & Construction, LLC. mows the lawns laid over that uneven history: terraced yards, sloped side lots, narrow level strips between walls. Trimming does the close work along the stone and the stairs, while edging keeps the drive from vanishing under creeping grass. When the cottonwoods along May Creek let go in October, cleanups take the drift off the turf before the rain packs it down. Old ground, tended plainly, keeps its shape.
