About Grass Geeks Landscaping

Grass in this maritime corner grows nearly year-round, and so does the moss — the first thing anyone who cares about turf in Mount Vernon learns. Grass Geeks Landscaping leans into that: cutting at a height that suits the month, keeping blades sharp so the tips don't fray brown, working on thatch and moss, and aerating ground that spends half the year holding rain. Weekly mowing, edging, string trimming and blow-down are the backbone; overseeding and feeding fill in around them. Fussing over something like mowing height sounds like overthinking until you see two lawns side by side in July. One of them stayed green, and it wasn't luck.
