About Joes Tree & Landscape Service LLC

The lawns ringing McCosh Park that Joes Tree & Landscape Service LLC mows all summer sit still and pale under a skin of ice once the swimming beach closes for the season, and the crew works the residential blocks nearest the water the same way it handles a hedge trim — property by property, working from what it already knows about each yard's slope and drainage. Snow near the lake tends to sit a little longer than it does further into the basin, held in place by the cold coming off the water, so those blocks often need a second pass that drier streets don't. Driveways get cleared and walkways get salted, and the same landscaping logic that shapes a summer lawn carries straight into winter: know the ground, work it accordingly. Around McCosh Park, that means a clear driveway and a salted walkway before anyone heads out for a cold morning along the water.
