Classic Excavating Solutions digs its footings and grades its lots in ground that Ice Age floods carved into basalt coulees and scabland benches long before Moses Lake was ever a town, and that same equipment goes to plowing once winter sets in. The terrain shapes the work either way — a lot cut into a basalt bench doesn't drain or freeze like a lot on flat till, and knowing the difference is second nature to a crew that grades this ground for a living. Driveways and parking areas get cleared through to the gravel and rock beneath, snow hauled off where there's nowhere flat to pile it against an outcrop. It's excavating logic applied to a colder problem: read the ground first, then move what's sitting on top of it.
