About Schoch Improvements, Inc

Rain reaches Montesano straight off the Pacific, sweeping in over Grays Harbor and up the Chehalis River valley until the hills around town drip with it. Above the rooftops rises the clock tower of the Grays Harbor County Courthouse, and just outside town the country's first tree farm was dedicated in 1941, which tells you how things grow here. Schoch Improvements, Inc mows and tends lawns in a place where spring grass can outrun a mower in a week. A lawn brought back to a clean, even cut after a run of wet days is a satisfying sight under a sky the color of pewter. When the sun breaks through and Lake Sylvia shines up in the hills, every trimmed yard in town seems to catch it.
