About Blair Property Maintenance LLC

Up the road from town the firs close in around Lake Sylvia, and in late August the light comes slantwise through them until nearly nine at night. Blair Property Maintenance LLC spends those long evenings finishing properties around Montesano: mowing, string-trimming the awkward corners no mower reaches, blowing drives and walks clean, keeping hedges and planting beds from quietly claiming the yard back. In this corner of Grays Harbor County the woods lean hard against every lot line, so a kept lawn is a small, deliberate answer to the alder and the blackberry. The work is repetition done properly — same route, same week, grass at an even height, borders holding where they were put. Driving out past a property at dusk and seeing it look tended is its own kind of payment.
