About Urrutia's Landscaping

Autumn arrives in Monroe the way it always has out on the Tualco flats — mist standing over the pasture at daybreak, big-leaf maples letting go of everything at once. Urrutia's Landscaping spends those weeks raking, taking the last low cuts of the year, and hauling leaves off before the rain packs them down into the turf. A lawn that goes into a wet Snohomish County winter clean comes out of it in far better temper. Through the growing months the work is steady and unglamorous: cut, edge, trim, repeat, until the line along the walkway is a straight fact anyone can read from the road. Monroe and its neighbors down the valley are the whole territory, and that is plenty.
