About Persis-Skyko Construction and Landscaping LLC

The Skykomish comes out of the mountains green and cold, and by the time it slides past Al Borlin Park it has mostly decided what kind of day Monroe is going to have. Persis-Skyko Construction and Landscaping LLC works the yards along that water, where cottonwood fluff drifts in June and the grass grows like it has somewhere to be. Mowing, edging and trimming here are a running conversation with rain: cut it even, hold the line true against the walkway, and a lawn will keep that shape until the next warm week undoes it. There is a real satisfaction in the last pass of the morning, when the fog lifts off the river bottom and the stripes come up straight. Seasonal cleanups take away the alder leaves and the small wreckage winter leaves behind, so the yard gets to start over honest. It is lawn care for Monroe and the Sky Valley towns around it.
