About Noriega Landscaping

Noriega Landscaping spends its summers among the blueberry fields east of town, and its winters clearing the same farm frontages once the bushes go bare and brittle with frost. Snow out along those rural stretches settles differently than it does downtown — it lingers in the shade of the rows, refreezing overnight into ruts a car can catch a tire in. The crew works the driveways and turnouts one property at a time, the way it would prune a hedge row, methodical rather than rushed. It's a quieter kind of winter work, suited to a part of Monroe where neighbors are spread out and a plowed lane is the only thing connecting a farmhouse to the road. Come spring the same ground goes back to green, but for now it's about keeping every driveway open.
