Briar Group's Rapid Gro

About Briar Group's Rapid Gro

Morning comes to Milton the way it comes to Surprise Lake — slowly, with mist lying flat on the water until the sun finally clears the firs. That is the hour Briar Group's Rapid Gro likes best, when the grass is still cool and a mower leaves a clean, dark stripe behind it. The work is mowing, edging and trimming, plus the sweep-up afterward that makes a yard look finished rather than merely cut. Rain is generous in this corner of the Puget Sound lowlands, so the growing never really stops, and neither does the rhythm of the route. By the time the neighborhood is properly awake, the lines run straight, the walk edges are crisp, and the clippings are gone.
