About AY Services Landscaping
West Mercer Way bends with the shoreline for miles, no sidewalk to speak of, just fir shade and the lake glinting between the trunks. On summer mornings the fog lies flat on Lake Washington until it lifts all at once, and by then the mowers are already running. AY Services Landscaping works the lawns along that western edge, cutting and edging and string-trimming the ragged margins where grass gives out to salal and gravel shoulder. A true line along a curving drive is a small thing, and it is the thing that holds the whole yard together. When the maples let go in October, the crew comes back for the leaves.
