About Port Orchard Rico's Landscape NW LLC

Beach Drive runs the water's edge from Manchester up past Retsil and Annapolis into Port Orchard, and Port Orchard Rico's Landscape NW LLC knows the yards along nearly all of it. Some are flat squares of grass, some are narrow strips wedged between the road and the bank, and each one gets mowed, edged and trimmed to suit its own shape. Spring arrives here all at once, the grass jumping and the weeds jumping faster, so the calendar tightens to weekly visits and stays that way until the light goes. Aeration and overseeding in the shoulder seasons keep turf from thinning where winter shade sits longest. On a small waterfront lot, an even cut and a clean edge change more than anything else could.
