Meadowdale sits on the bluff at Lynnwood's western edge, high enough that a handful of streets get a real view out over Puget Sound toward Whidbey Island on a clear evening, the water going dark long before the streets do. TRJ Construction works the driveways and access roads cut into that bluff, terrain steep enough that a thin coat of ice turns a routine trip to the car into something to think twice about. Clearing those slopes takes more patience than a flat street would, working from the top down so nothing melts and refreezes onto a section already cleared. It's a small stretch of Lynnwood, geographically, but the grade changes the whole job. Once the bluff-side drives are safe again, the view out past them is the same as it always was, water and all.
