About Thompson Property Services LLC

March on the south end of the Key Peninsula is all soft ground and standing water, and the places out toward Devil's Head come through winter needing hands more than opinions. Thompson Property Services LLC takes lawns across the whole arc of the year — mowing and edging once the grass starts pushing, trimming along fence lines and gravel shoulders, clearing the winter's windfall of needles and leaves so the turf can breathe. A good many houses out here sit quiet for stretches, and arriving back to a mown lawn and an open drive is its own kind of welcome. The pleasure is in the before and after: a shaggy half-acre at nine in the morning, straight lines and a crisp border by noon. Longbranch, Lakebay, Vaughn, Wauna and the roads out past the Improvement Club are all on the route.
