About Beach Bear Property Services

Fog comes off the Pacific most mornings and lies in the dune grass along the Discovery Trail until the sun burns through somewhere around ten. Beach Bear Property Services works the Long Beach yards behind those dunes, mowing, edging and trimming in the damp cool before the day opens up. Grass on the peninsula barely stops growing — mild winters and steady moisture keep the mower busy in months when inland lawns are asleep. Salt wind lays everything over, so a clean edge and an even cut are what give a yard its shape out here. By afternoon, once the fog lifts, the difference is plain from the road.
