About Becker Lawn Care

From the hill above Waughop Lake in Fort Steilacoom Park you can see how much of Lakewood is grass — long open runs of it, gone tawny by late August. Becker Lawn Care works those dry weeks with a raised deck and an eye on the heat, cutting high so the turf holds what moisture it has and comes back strong when the rain returns. Edges still get their line, trimmer work still gets around every post and trunk, and the drive is blown clean before the truck pulls away. In fall the same yards get the leaves taken off them, and the mowing settles into a gentler cadence. It is plain, careful work, and a well-kept lawn in this town is worth doing plainly and well.
