About Quality Parking Lot Services LLC

The oak grove at Saint Martin's University holds onto winter longer than the open prairie around it, shade keeping the frost thick on the ground well after the rest of Lacey has cleared. Quality Parking Lot Services plows the campus lots there before early classes, working around the old oaks and the paths between them so students aren't the first ones to test the ice on a walk to the library. A campus lot fills and empties on its own schedule, and the crew times the clearing around it, banking snow along the grove's edge rather than under the trees where it just sits and refreezes. Most people crossing the grove that morning never notice a plow came through at all, only that the paths are dry underfoot again.
