About Quezada Landscaping LLC

Friday afternoon in Lakeview, the streets tipping west toward the water, and the smell of fresh bark carrying two houses down the block. Quezada Landscaping LLC lays that mulch and keeps what grows out of it — mowing, edging, weeding, trimming shrubs, and clearing beds down to clean soil before the new bark goes on. In a climate this generous a bed left alone grows its own crop of weeds inside a month, so mulching here is maintenance rather than decoration. The route runs along Kirkland's western slope and carries on south toward Bellevue and Medina. A yard finished before the weekend, dark beds set against a freshly cut lawn, is the kind of thing a whole street notices.
