About Klean Lots | Street Sweeping, Construction Site Cleaning, Snow Removal, Dump Trucking

The distribution centers along Kent's SR 167 corridor run on tight schedules, and Klean Lots works to keep the acreage of asphalt around them clear enough that a truck can still back into its dock on time. When snow falls heavy enough to actually pile up, the crew brings in the same trucks it uses for construction site cleanup, pushing drifts into windrows and hauling the worst of it off-site so loading lanes don't lose width to a growing snowbank. It's big, loud work, headlights cutting through valley fog before the warehouses' own shift change, diesel engines the only sound for blocks. Getting a five-acre lot back to bare pavement before the first semi rolls in feels less like snow removal and more like clearing a runway. Out here on the flats, where the fog holds the cold close to the ground, that kind of clean matters more than most people driving past would guess.
