About Lawn Aerating & Thatching Tri-Cities, LLC

March in the Tri-Cities is a short window: the ground has thawed, the grass is stirring, and for a few weeks the soil is soft enough to open before the summer bakes it shut. Lawn Aerating & Thatching Tri-Cities, LLC lives in that window, running aerators across Kennewick lawns that have been compacted by heat, foot traffic and years of sprinkler water settling the dirt. Thatch comes up, cores come out, seed drops into the openings, and water starts reaching roots instead of sheeting off toward the gutter. The rest of the year fills in with mowing, trimming, edging and the feeding that makes all that new room worth having. Nothing about it is showy, and yet by June you can pick out the yards that got it done.
