About Mountain View Landscaping Inc.

Graham's older properties carry real gardens — mature borders planted a generation back, beds that took years to fill in — and Mountain View Landscaping spends its winters keeping the ground beneath all that greenery passable instead of buried. Snow drifts differently across a planted yard than a bare driveway: it piles against retaining walls, banks over dormant beds, and buries the stepping-stone paths between house and garage, so the crew clears those spaces by hand where a plow blade would tear up the lawn underneath. On the clear, cold days that follow a storm, the view opens up toward the peak the company is named for, framed above bare branches and cleared walkways instead of hidden behind cloud. By the time the morning frost lets go of the open pasture nearby, the paths are bare and the driveway is scraped back to blacktop, the mountain holding onto its own snow well above the tree line where it belongs.
