About Taylor Land Services LLC

Along the stretch of Highway 2 where the valley narrows and the lots get steep, Taylor Land Services spends most of the year grading pads and clearing acreage cut from second-growth forest. A few times most winters, a real system drops enough snow on Gold Bar to matter, heavier and wetter than what falls down in Monroe or Everett, since the elevation here is just high enough to hold onto it. The same equipment that moves stumps and shapes a building site pushes that snow off a long gravel driveway just as readily. River fog can hide how much has actually fallen until a truck is halfway down a lane and finds out the hard way. Clearing the access road first, ahead of anything else scheduled that day, keeps the rest of the job reachable at all.
