About Star Tree Service LLC

At Sehmel Homestead Park, where Star Tree Service spends a lot of its year thinning conifers grown thick and close together, the nights turn properly dark once the harbor's lights are behind the ridge, and on the coldest, clearest ones the sky fills with more stars than most of Puget Sound usually sees. Those same still, cold nights are exactly the ones that leave a frost solid enough to matter by morning, more often than real snow does. Getting a driveway scraped clear before a homeowner backs down it in the pre-dawn dark is the quiet reason for such an early start. The firs this crew has spent the week limbing stand black against that same night sky, a reminder of how much of the job happens before anyone else is awake. Frost gone, gravel dry, the harbor stirs same as any other morning.
