About Bob's Property Solutions

Frederickson is flat in a way a lot of Pierce County isn't, open prairie ground that used to be oak savanna now split between farmhouses and the warehouse yards that keep growing along the highway. This property services company works both kinds of ground, clearing long gravel driveways out past the tree line and the tighter paved lots closer to the base traffic near JBLM. Wind moves differently across open prairie than it does in town, drifting what snow falls into long low ridges along fence lines instead of piling evenly, and that's where the shoveling takes real time. Frost holds longest in the low swales where the old prairie grass still grows between developments, patches of white lasting well past the point everything else has cleared. The wind dies down by afternoon most days, and the driveways along this stretch end up scraped clean, gravel and pavement both.
