About All Lawn detail

Fog lies low on American Lake most mornings, and the lawns around Fort Lewis wear it like a second coat of dew until the sun finally clears the firs. All Lawn detail works those early hours, drawing mower lines while the ground is still cool and the air still smells of water. This is glacial ground, gravel sitting close under a thin skin of green, so it rewards a steady hand more than a heavy one. By the time the street is properly awake the trimming is finished, the clippings are gathered, and every walk and driveway has a cut line running alongside it. A lawn should read as looked-after from the sidewalk, and that is the whole aim of the morning.
